SEASIDE — While the
team championship is usually
reserved for the likes of Estaca-
da, Cascade and Scappoose, lo-
cal wrestlers are becoming more
prominent with each year of the
Seaside Pac Rim wrestling tour-
nament.
The annual tourney, now
named the “Pac Rim Armed
Forces Tournament,” brings in
top teams from around the re-
gion for two days of wrestling at
Seaside High School.
This year’s team champion

“This tournament is always
one of the biggest on our sched-
ule, and it’s pretty cool to win
