Community-Based Parent Skills Trainers needed to work with parents of youth participating in Wraparound services. Services are provided to parents in the home and in other community settings such as grocery stores. Parent Skills Trainers offer guidance, support and coaching. The program specializes in diverting youth from out of home placements by helping their families safely maintain youth in their home environment. Parent Skills Trainers promote a familyʼs success in navigating various social contexts, learning new skills, and making functional progress in the community.
