Theodore Lummus, 37, of
Dupont, :ashington, for
driving under the inÀ uence of
intoxicants after he appeared
extremely intoxicated at the
Lamplighter Motel and left in
his vehicle. He was stopped
at KFC. His blood alcohol
content was measured at
0.24, three times the legal
limit, according to police.

ation holds its quarterly meeting from 11 a.m.

enjoy a meal and join a discussion about prob-
lems and solutions for residential home and
apartment rentals .
The featured speaker is Ed Betts, a prop-
erty manager who will discuss the Oregon
Energy Trust bene¿ ts available to landlords.
He will also make a presentation and lead a
discussion about the process of renting a unit:
advertising, selection criteria and the paper-
work process for move-in, as well as the evic-
tion process.

Terri Jane Richardson
Astoria
Oct. 10, 1966 — Nov. 23, 2015
Terri’s mother passed away in 1996. She
is survived by her father Billy (Debra), sister
Kim (Ted Hettervig), brother Matt (Mary) and
numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Terri loved animals, especially her cat Mad-
dy-Mu. She truly enjoyed her job and all the
people she met. People have said that she knew
everyone’s name, and people stopped by just to
say “H i” to her.
A celebration of life will be held from 1 to
4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at the :ar-
renton Community Center, 170 S.:. Third St.
Hughes-Ransom Mortuary was in charge of
the arrangements.

for driving under the inÀ uence of intoxicants
during the holiday season .

Haskins and Betty L. Green Haskins in Au-
burn, :ashington. She came to Astoria as an
infant.
She attended :arrenton and Lewis and
Clark schools, graduating in 1985. Terri also
attended Clatsop Community College for two
years.
In August 1985, she started her long career
at Landwehr’s Country Grocer. At the time
of her death, she had been there just over 30
years.
During her life, she married Ed Richardson.
They later divorced.
