Ft. Subcontractors: Wadsworth Electric P&L Johnson Mechanical JP Plumbing The Cardiac Pulmonary Rehabilitation suite was a small suite of about 1,800 sf. Thru the remodel we were able to double the size of the exercise space and provide an exercise track around the perimeter for walking. The existing area had to remain in operation while the new area was remodel. The required services were moved into the new suite and the old area was remodeled. The two areas were combined at the end of the project to make a large exercise room with additional offices and support rooms. 503- 861- 2285 • w w w.p rom con crete.com Congratu lations on 50 years CONGRATULATIONS Thank you for your business over the years. Ft. Subcontractors: PHI Construction Inc. Wadsworth Electric The Horse Arena at the Clatsop County Fairgrounds required a large open space with multiple uses. Some of the structure needed to be enclosed for protection. Seating needed to be moved in and out. The ground surface needed to be dirt with the structure tied together and low enough that the pounding of animal hooves were protected and did not damage the structure. All of this was to be accomplished on an uneven fill material. We worked with the structural engineer to provide a foundation for the post-and-beam steel building system that used a piling system, dispersed the weight of the structure over the fill area and tied the structure together below grade so as to allow it to be used for an arena. The erection of the building was critical as to staging space and schedule since the fair grounds were in use for various functions during construction and it had to be completed prior to the County Fair.
