architectural and development services for the following project:
HERITAGE SQUARE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The City of Astoria Development Commission is seeking statements of
qualifications from qualified professional architectural and development
consultants for concept design, financing, and redevelopment planning
services for the Heritage Square Project located in historic downtown
Astoria between Duane & Exchange Street and 11th and 12th Street.
The project includes assistance with developing a feasibility study,
financing plan, and an overall redevelopment strategy for the site.
Request for Qualifications packets may be obtained from the Community
Development Office, Astoria City Hall, 1095 Duane St, Astoria,
Oregon, (503)338-5183. All consultants who intend to submit a
qualification package under this RFQ must register with the
Community Development Department.
Qualification submittals received after the above specified time will not
be considered. The carrier, including the United States Postal Service,
is considered an agent of the proposer.
