Development Code Section 12.030 Notice of Public Hearing, the
Gearhart Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
July 9, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., Gearhart City Hall, 698 Pacific Way,

Said hearing is to consider a land partitioning request submitted by Otak,
Inc. on behalf of Victor and Linda Smith to partition one parcel of land
