The City of Gearhart is presently
taking applications. The positions
will be appointed by the Mayor
and the City Council. These
appointments are four (4) year
terms. The Planning Commission
usually meets once a month at
6:00 p.m., the second Thursday of
the month.
The planning commission studies
and makes recommendations to
the City Council regarding land
use and other matters relating to
planning and development of the
City and surrounding area.
Qualifications
of
members:
No more than two voting members
shall be engaged principally in the

partnership or office or employees
of any
corporation, that is
engaged
principally in the
