under it, replace any plywood that is rotten, replace all of the siding approx.
1020 sq. feet, primer and paint entire exterior, replace all trim and fascia
boards (if drip edge is damaged or needs to be removed replace with like
kind), clean exterior power vaults & meter, and clean drinking fountain
exterior
