proposal, once submitted, becomes the property of the District. At the sole
discretion of the District, the District reserves the right to allow a Bidder to
reclaim submitted documents provided the documents are requested and
retrieved no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled Bid opening.
After the time of opening, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 14 days.
The District reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any or all Bids, to
waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid, and to make the award in
any manner the District believes to be in its best interest.
