Board (OWEB) is a state agency
that provides grants to help
Oregonians take care of local
streams, rivers, wetlands, and
natural areas.
OWEB is considering a grant of
funds to the North Coast Land
Conservancy for the purpose of

on approximately 360 acres in the
vicinity of Seaside in Clatsop
County, under Grant Application
