Eligible parties include: County, Cities, Transportation Districts, public or private agencies, Indian Tribes, individuals or any of these joined in cooperative agreements. Only applications that provide transportation services for older adults and persons with disabilities will be considered. Funding Details: 1. Special Transportation Fund (STF): State STF funds for older adults and persons with disabilities are allocated to SETD as the designated STF agency by ODOT.
