It invites the public to come learn about all the tax advantages and other benefits of saving for college with the Oregon College Savings Plan. 529 plan specialists will be on hand to answer questions, alongside ex- perts who will discuss federal and state fi- nancial aid options and how to apply for scholarship funds. Hit-and-run • At 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Astoria Police arrested Teresa Ann Robinett, 47, Astoria, for hit-and-run and reckless driving on the 1200 block of Eighth Street. Robinett alleged- ly crashed into a parked Honda Civic while driving a her white minivan. Witnesses gave - cers found debris from the accident that led them to Robinett’s residence, where she was arrested. Disorderly conduct • At 4:24 p.m. Sunday, Warrenton Police arrested Donny Sturgell, 39, Warrenton, for disorderly conduct, attempted escape and re- sisting arrest at South Main Street and South- east Burton Street.
