Kung Fu Class

AARP Smart Driver Course

for seniors 50 and older, but anyone can attend. Full day attendance is

CCC Off ers Lifelong Learners Classes

memoirs, short stories and other writing projects.
Self Defense Class

Retired police offi cer Mike Calog will teach “Self Defense is No Nonsense,”
a class using techniques from the Russian styles and the Japanese

Learn to Belly Dance

Diabetes Self Management Program

diabetes as part of its community education classes. Participants will learn
the skills needed for daily management such as recognizing symptoms,
