I grew up with only the ot dinary diseases of all children, but about two years ago I contracted a severe cold, which would not . yield to such home-treatment as was handy. Doctors were tried, but after three months of this treatment I was only worse. Then I was advised to try Dr. Pierce's Golden Medical Discovery, and am glad to say that three bottles not only cared me of the cold and cough, but made me feel better than I ever had before. I will always have a bottle of this medicine in the house. - ThesA t.inv. snffar-coated anti- IaSSSSv bilious granules regulate and fk.vT? inyigorate Stomach. Liver and eTOW Bowels. It is a clean story of rural life, dealing with the joys, trials and simplicity of life on a farm. In it there is a genuine, wholesome ness that lends charm to all parts. The title of tbe play is VThe Mis souri Girl", and the company was in Bellingham Wash., on the night before Thanksgiving this year. Tlie Bellingham Reveille, m speak ing of Miss Clifton who takes the title role, said the next morning in commentine on the play: "Bessie Clifton- as "The Missouri Girl" waS a whole, show in herself. Her interpretation, of the part was the most ludicrous and at the same time natural and unstudied pos sible. Her frantic efforts to become "citified' kept the audience in a roar of laughter. ' .. .. Lame Back. This ailment is .usually caused by rheuma tism of the muscles and may be cured by applying' Chamberlain's Paini Balm two or three times a day and rubbing the parts vigorously at each application.
