of Sarah Clack, deceased, has filed in
the County Court of the State of
Oregon for the County of Clackamas
his final account as administrator of

Suffering With Pneumonia and Heart Trouble
and Grave Fears Are Entertained For His
Recovery.
Thomas B. Killen, county commis
sioner of Clackamas County, is ser
iously ill at his home in the southern
part of the county and grave fears are
entertained for his recovery. Mr. Kil
len is suffering with pneumonia and
heart trouble and while lie was slight
ly better yesterday he is not out of
danger by any means. Next Wednes
day the first meeting of the now board
of county commissioners will meet in
this city to organize but Mr. Killen
will not be present and his ultimate
recovery is considered doubtful.
