A. Hinshaw; general freight agent, and
John M. Scott, general passenger
agent. With the exception of the
chief engineer, Burckhalter who is dis
trict engineer of the Southern Pa
cific, supplants R. T. Guppy, who has
resigned to take a position on the
Southern Pacific's staff in California.

Whereas, the committee appoint
ed to assess the damages and bene
fits for the condemnation and ap
propriation of land to establish a
street on the Bluff between Sixth
and Seventh Streets have made their
report and said report appears to
the Council to be just.
Therefore,
