The believers In medium or large
sixed families have tha authority of
science as well as some other things
In their favor, for It is learned that
In the one-child family only thirteen
per cent of children between the ages
of two and ten are entirely healthy,
while In good sized families sixty-nine
per cent are entirely healthy. The
reason for this difference is easily
seen, in the large or medium families
children are necessarily left much to
themselves, while the one child In a
family Is too often pampered, coddled
and unnaturally trained.

These little two-by-four Central Am
erican revolutions do occasionally re
sult In a little blood-letting in which
a general or two gets wounded or per
haps killed. Theoretically those states
have a republican form of government
patterned largely after our own, but
practically they are usually under a
dictatorship in which one dictator la
supplanted by another with a fre
quency that prevents monotony.

lojal hogs, the majority of the receipts
having been made up of Eastern ship
