The trial of the caae of the State
against Frank Davenport, owner of a
sawmill at Amea, on a charge of
throwing sawdust In Bull Run, waa
postponed In Justice of tbe Peace
Samaon'a Court until July 7. Several
residents of the neighborhood have
complained hat the sawdust In tbe
stream waa a nuisance and killed tbe
