The third quarterly conference of
the Oregon City Methodist church
waa held In the parlora of the church
Tuesday evening. District Superin
tendent Moore presided. Mrs. George
Osborne was elected secretary. Re
ports were received from the pastor,
Buperlntendent of Sunday schools and
president of tbe Epworth League. The
reports showed that all department
ot the church are In a flourishing
condition.

good financial condition. The rapid
growth of the Sunday school and con
gregation requires more room than
the present building affords and It

location, perhaps on tba hill, and erect
a modern church structure. The old
property on the southeast corner of
Seventh and Main la one of the moat
valuable business locations In town,
and will no doubt find a ready sale.
A committee consisting of L. P.
Horton. C. A. Williams and J. L. Swat
ford waa. appointed to dispose of tbe

to Mullno to look after the Interest
