corps composed of old soldiers on the
Coast, snd It Is believed In the coun
try. It Is a very efficient musical or
ganization and bids fair to give the
old soldiers of the Willamette Valley

her husband with having failed to pro
vide clothing and food for hla family,
and ahe waa compelled to keep board

to have been sullen and morose and
abusive, and one night at Clifton. Or.,
he took hr to a dance and left her to
go home alone. When ahe arrived
she found him lying on the bed with
a gun in bis hands and he threatened
her with the weapon. In September,
1910, be la said to have thrown her on
the floor and he falsely accused her of
having questionable relatione with
William Berg. She asks for $20 per
month for the aupport of her children.
Etta Bogan. who waa married In
Clinton county. Ind.. In January, 1889,
to L Bogan. haa filed a ault for di
vorce. They have one daughter, Lena,
aged 11 years, and Mrs. Bogan aays
her husband possessed an ill temper
