the County Clerk on or before the
hour of 11 o'clock A. M. July 10,
1922.
No bid will be considered unless ac
companied by a check payable to the
order of Clackamas County, certified
by a responsible bank, for an amount
equal to 5 of the bid, to be forfeited
as fixed and liquidated damages in
case the bidder neglects or refuses to
enter into a contract and provide a'

formance of said work in the event

answer said complaint, for want there
of the plaintiff will take default
against you and apply to the Court for
therelief prayed for in her complaint,
to wit: That the marriage contract
heretofore and now existing between
the plaintiff and defendant be dissolv
ed and held for naught, and that the
plaintiff herein be awarded an abso
lute decree of divorce from the de
fendant and for each other and'
further relief as to the Court may
seem meet and equitable.
This summons is served upon you
by publication in the Oregon City En
terprise for six successive , weeks
pursuant to an order made by the
Honorable J. U. Campbell, Judge or
the above entitled Court, on the 13th
day of May. 1922.
