It puts us at the market door with our produce, and gives us better prices.
. It gives us our allotment and keeps our money in our district. '
It provides employment for the people in our district.
It gives us three taxpayers, to be elected by us, to watch the district money.
It gives us our choice of pavements.
It releases the bulk of the road money now put on the main roads, so that it may be put on side roads.
It gives us our roads now, instead of waiting ten years for them.
We get the roads and pay only 5 per cent interest for them, and the bonds cannot be sold for less than par.
Hard surface roads will increase land values.
It pulls Clackamas county out of the mud, and makes us one of the progressive counties of the West.
Bonds cannot be sold faster than our district can use the money.
People in our district have first privilege of buying the bonds.
Under the Bond System with our three taxpayers co-operating in the expenditure of the funds this dis
trict will get Dollar for Dollar in hard surface roads.
Under Bond System 144 miles of Road is provided for. Only 34 miles go into the county seat.
All roads under bond proposition are farmer roads.
The bond election is proposed by the farmers from Monitor-Molalla-Estacada.
The pay as you go system is too slow. Vote for the bonds and enjoy good roads during your life time.
