Lee of this city who has control of the local water system, is planning to give a much better service. Work began this morning on a new S-lnch well. He will also build a new 50.000 gallon water tank, and a pump which will draw COO gallons of water per min ute and which will have seventy-five pounds of pressure. Mr. Lee has a ' smaller tank and pump but is unable , now to give the people a first class! service because he has more custo-' ers than he can handle.
