and all partook of the dinner served
by the ladles.
After dinner the hall was thrown
open to the public. All were enthusi
astic to hear the Oregon Agricultural
college's lecturers, Mrs. Calvin, dean
of domestic science and art; Prof.
Seuddor spoke on the fertility of the
noil, while Mrs. Calvin delivered an
interesting address on home duties
and domestic art. She also spoke on
social and church life. j
Next Saturday a parent-teachers"
meeting will be held and all are urged
to come.
There will be a basket social and
program given at the Meadow-brook
school house Saturday night, March
14. and everybody Is Invited.
