1911, In an action wherein H. P. II.
Loy, plaintiff, recovered Judgment
against John Tboma, defendant
therein, for the sum of Seven Hund
red Fifty Dollar, with Interest on
$500.00 thereof at the rate of six per
cent, per annum from the 19th day of
June, until paid, and with Inter
est on $200.00 thereof at the rate of
six per cent, per annum from the 8th
day of Juno, 1910, until paid, and the
further sum of Eighty Ave Dollars as
attorney' fees, and the further aum
of Tblrty-one and 60-100 Dollars for
cost and disbursements In said ac
tion therein taxed, and the costs up
on this writ, requiring me to make
sale of the following described real
property, to satisfy the above named
sums, to-wlt:
Beginning at a point three (3)
chains and fifty (60) links South and
three (3) chain and twenty five (25)
link West from the Northeast corner
of Section Thirty (30) In Township
one (1) South, Range three (3) East
ot the Willamette Merldlnn; thence
running Wet rorty (40) chains;
thence South twenty-five (25) chains;
tbence East forty (40) chains; and
thence North twenty-five (25) chains
to tbe place of beginning; containing
one hundred acre of land, more or
less; and situated In the County of
Clackamas, State of Oregon.
Thererore, on Saturday, the twenty-eighth
day of October, 1911, I will
at the hour of 10 o'clock In tbe fore
noon of said day, at tbe Court House
door In and of said CTackama Coun
ty, In Oregon City, Oregon, sell at
public auction, for cash In band, all
the Tight, title, estate and interest of
said John Thomas, defendant afore
said, of, In and to the above described
property, to satisfy sold execution
and order of sale.
