The Colossal Sale Begins Friday, January 21st at 9 o'clock
In my new location, after purchasing the entire Rosenstein stock of Women's and Children's Clothing, Dry Goods, etc., at a tremendous dis
count, and with my own fine stock of Men's Clothing, Shoes, etc., I find it neceiury to make extensive Improvements which necessitates the
cutting down of my great stock to half or less to allow the contractors room In which to make the necessary alterations. To speedily effect the
desired clearance, I have turned my entire stock over to the well-known Mr. J. p. Burke, "Busy Burke" whose popularity as a value giver and
barganlier is undlsputable, and who will spare nothing In his efforts to close out my many short lines and overstock. Then, too, many lines
I will discontinue to make room for more needed articles, so that I will be able to open one of the best and most up-to-date department stores
hereabouts, within a short time. Nothing will be overlooked by Mr. Burke In his duties of clearln gout my store; the entire place has been
put Into his hands without regard of loss, my only object being to effect a speedy clearance that the contractor may begin their work. My
own record of real value giving as well as "Busy Burke's" enviable record as a bargain-giver ia well demonstrated in these monstrous reduc
