the crops are very good.
The strawberry crop Is excellent
and will be at its best this week.

his 4th here visiting relatives and
friends.
Mr. and Mrs. B. T, Johnson are home
from a trip to Hood River.
The county surveyor and road
viewers were here week before last
trying to locate some new roads on
better grades than the old ones. We
hope for good results.
If a five-mill special tax was a good
thing this year why won't an eight
mill special road tax be a better thing
next year?
