Suit to Recover Fuel.
The Standard Wood Company has
filed suit against William Delap, John
F. Llvelace and B. O. Boswell, to re
cover $212, which Is said to be the
value of 80 cords of wood, which De-
LaD is alleged to have sold and car
ried away. The complaints recites
that the Standard Wood Company, is
the real owner of 100 cords of wood
at Estacada, and the fuel was piled In
ricks on the John Bonner place across
the river from town. January 14 last,
the wood was attached by the defend
ants and was taken by DeLap under
a pretended garnishment.
