Athey deceased. has filed his final
account as such 'administrator In the
County Court of the State of Oregon
for Clackamas County, and that the
said court has set Saturday, November
the 23rd, A. D. 1907, at 10 o'clock a.
m., and the court room of said court
as the time and place for the hearing
of objections or exceptions to said
final acount or to the settlement of
said estate.
All persons having objections to

of said estate are required to present
