" County Judge Dimick heard argu ments Thursday on the disposal to be made of the funds in the hands of the administrator in the estate of J. L. Cochran. . Cochran died leaving an estate in real property, which according to law, became vested in the heirs, his sons Bert and Mort. The heirs had failed in business and their Interest in the realty was attached by the judgment creditors, who sold part of the land under execution. Subse quently J. J. Cooke was appoiated ad ministrator and . he sold " the entire land for the purpose of paying the intestate's debts disregarding the prior sale by the judgment creditors. This proceeding on the part of the administrator was perfectly proper and invalidates the sale made by the creditors of the heirs. The question- now presented to Judge Dimick is who is entitled to the funds in the hands of the adminis trator which remained- after paying the estate's debts. Hedges and Grif fith appear for the creditors of the heirs, and O. D." Eby is attorney for Bert and Mort Cochran, the heirs.
