fendant: In the name of the State of Oregon,
you are hereby required and notified
to appear on or before the expira
tion of six weeks from the date of the
first publication of this summons, to
wit: on or before the 12th day of Oc
tober, 1906, and answer the complaint
filed against you in the above entitled
suit and if you fail to so appear and
answer within that time, the plaintiff
will apply to the court for a decree
dissolving the bonds 'of matrimony
now existing between you and the
above named plaintiff, upon the
grounds stated in the complaint to
wit: cruel and inhuman treatment and
gross habitual drunkenness, and for
such other relief as may be equitable.
