The annual meeting of the State Good RnaJa Association at 8lem last week was largely attended and a good Inter est was manifested. A number of speak ers were In attendance and the subject of permanent road building was discus sed at length on' a practical basis. County Judge Ryan,' and Commlheloner T. B. Rlllin, of Clackamas County, attended the meeting and took a prominent part In the proceedings.
