An order establishing Sewer District No. 4. and providing that property ownen therein ahall make connection with the public sewers thereof when constructed. Oregon City does ordain aa followa: That lota 1 and I of block 101. lota 1. I, 7 and S of block Hi. and lota T and I of block of Oregon City. Oregon, togeth er with one-half of each atreet and alley Immediately adjoining said lota, be and the same are hereby constituted a Bower district to be known as Sewer District No. 4. Sec. 2. That all property owners within aid Sewer Dlclrict No. 4 are hereby re quired to connect all water closets, priv ies, sinks, bath tubs and drains contain ing" or carrying sewerage with the public system of sewer mains to be constructed within said district within 0 days from the time said sewers are completed and accepted by the city: and all persona ne glecting or refusing to make auch sewer age connection within the time named ahall. upon conviction thereof before the City Recorder, be fined in any mm not lesa than ten dollars nor exceeding one hundred dollars at the discretion of the court: and each day such refusal and ne- gleet shall continue after the said 90 day a ahall be deemed a distinct and separate offense. Sec. 3. Within the same time, to-wlt: 0 days after the completion of the said main sewers, all property owners within aid sewer district are required to close and properly fill with earth all privy vaults and cesspools within the same; and hereafter it shall be unlawful for any property owner to dig or make use of any cesspool or privy vault, and all persons violating the provisions of this section ahall. upon conviction thereof, be fined In any sum not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars at the discre tion of the court; and each day's continu ance of such violation after such convic tion shall be deemed a distinct and sep arate offense.
