upon for appendicitis. The operation

of Third and Jefferson streets, and

Miss Imogene Harding, who has
pursued her musical studies at Now
York for the last three years, re
turned home this week, and will
spend the summer with her parents,

Harding, who has been with his sis
ter for the past winter, is now lo
cated In West Virginia and is em
ployed with his brother, Lee, on a
railroad construction crew.

returned a verdict for tbe plaintiff in two
of the three causes of action. This was
an action for money and involved some
thing less than $100. A Jury in the cir
cuit court on the same day also found
for the defendant in an action to recover
about f 100 on a promissory note in the
case of Divine vs. Proctor.
