Samson, deceaeed.
J. D. Ritter, the duly appointed, qual
ified and acting administrator of the es
tate of Eleanor Samson, deceased, hav
ing tiled his petition in the above en
titled Court, praying for an order of sale
of the following described real-property
belonging to said estate to-wit: Ibe
North of the West of the North
east '4 of Section 14, T. 5 S. R. 1 E. of
the Willamette Meridian, and contain
ing 40 acres more or less.
That tlie said petition above mentioned
sets forth that it is necessary to sell said
land, to satisfy certain claims filed and
allowed against said estate, aud pay the
tost ol administration thereof.
It is therefore ordered and decreed, by
this Court this 30th day of October, 1902,
