It is made to apply on all United States possessions. In asking leave to tile a bill against the railroad merger, Attorney-General S'ratton, of the State of Washington, (resented to the Supreme Court a copy of the bill he proposed to file, and it was discussed by him and opposing counsel. This bill differs from that filed by the State of Minnesota in that it makes the Great Northern Railway Company, defendants to the proceeding. Wednesday, April 9.
