The system of daily markings otters good chances for cheating and there are always those who will not hesitate to take an advantage to escape the finals. Following is the report of the school work for the term just ended; Ihe large percentage of "absents" Bhown is Caused from sickness: Something TI1.1t Hill Do You Good. We know of no way in which we can lie of more service to our reader than to tell them of something that will be of real good to them. For thia reason we want lo acquaint them with what we coriBider one of tbe verv best remedies on the market for coughs, cold, and that alarming complaint, croup. We refer to Chamberlain' Cough Remedy. We have used it with such good results in our family so long that it has become a household necessity. By its prompt use we haven't any doubt but that it has time and again prevented cronp. The testimony is given upon our own experi ence, and we suggest that our reader! especially those who have small children, always keep it In their homes as a safe guard against croup. Camden (S. C.)
