fulloainj dehcribed real property, to
wit: Lota 4 and 5 in block 93 in the
town of Oregon Citv, in Clackamas
County, State of Oregon, which mortgage
was recorded at page M of book 37 of the
pulilic records of mortgages if said
Clackamas County, State of Oregon ; and
foreclosing and burring your, and each
of your, and each of the defendants to
this suit, their equity of redempiton
or other interest, in, right to, or lien
upon said real property and the whole
thereof except the s'atctory right to re
deem ; and that said land be sold as by
law provided, and the proceeds of such
eale be applied to the payment ot such
decree, interest, premium, costs, dis
bursements and attorney's fees.
And you and each of you are hereby
notified that on the 2utb dav of October,
18W, the Honorable Thos. F. Kyan,
