There has been a school fund mortgage of 15000 on the south half of Gladstone for some years, and on account of the intervening bard timea baa greatly hin dered the development of the property and baa been source of more or less uneasneaa to the people who bave bought and built homes in this fnvorite suburb. The mortgage waa not large and in no wise compared with the yalue of the property, etill a ereat many were afraid to take any chances whatsoever and no one could rightly blame them for exercising great prudence. It ia with more than special satisfaction that the company announcea the consumation of an arrangement with the school board mlirftrv all the lota and acre tracts in Gladstone heretofore sold by deed hav been absolutely released from the opera tim of this mortgage and the title ia thus made perfect in these people. Perhaps a matter of equal importance ia that the arrangement also includes the release of all bonded lota and tracta and property Included in subsequent sales when final payments ate made. Tiie uompaiiy ia now able to announce that it can ftom this day give a elear warranty deed free from all incumbran ces whatever to lots and acre tracts In Gladatone upon payment of the purchase price.
