Prof. Adrain Epping came from Portland on Monday night to assist and was well received. He rend ered a selection from Carmen in flue style and responded to a hearty encore. D. E. Shepard, a tardy juryman, sang the popular solo, "Paradise Alley" to the great delight of the audience, which insisted upon an encore. Mr. Vm. Wright's solo wag well rendered and very funny. Mr. A. A. Askin, one of the missing jurymen, proved himself to be clever comedian and his acting created a good deal of amusement.
