Thompson, et al, for change in the Molalla mill and Engle road, said report being favorable to Baid change, it was ordered that T. B. Killen, C. Bair and Mitts be appointed viewers and D. W. Kinnaird surveyor, to meet at place of beginning on . In the matter of the application of G. Ii. Parker, citv marshal of Pullman, Wash., for reward offered for arrest of Mort Edwards, it was was ordered that said application be granted, and that a warrant for $.50, the amount offered as a reward for the arrest of said Mort Ed wards, be drawn in favor of C. E. Mad dock, sheriff. The resignation of David Penman as constable of J. P. district No. six, was ac cepted. The application of the Eastern In vestment Company, for monev to be re funded that was paid for land erro neously sold at tax sale, was denied. It was ordered that warrant No. 3,339 on road fund for $9.75 in favor of John Grey, and No. 19,020 on county fund for $8 in favor of P. A. Baker, having been erroneously issued, be cancelled. It was ordered that all constables and road supervisors of this county be in structed to cause the arreBt of all per sons, who may ride or drive across any of the bridges in Clackamas county at a speed faster than a walk. The petition of II. Wilhern, et al, for a change in the Foster and Milwaukie road, was denied. T. J. McParhind was granted a license to sell spiritons and malt liquors in Os wrgo precinct. On the application of A. V, Cheney lorme contract to lurnisli lue county with records, blanks, letter heads and other printing used by the officials, the ' petition was denied, and it was ordered I that the clerk advertise for bids to fur 'nidi the county all records, blanks and ! stationery used in the dillerent county offices for one vear. Kinnaird, roadmaster, on the petition of G. C. Kinney, et al, for a road from West Oregon City to the lower bridge on the Tualatin, it was ordered that G. W. Prosser, A J. Monk and J. S. The clerk collected $174.85, and the recorder $163 65. In the matter of the petition of J. F. Drake, et al, for a bridge across Butte , creek on the J. M.
