Sidney Smyth returned Monday from Washoiigal where hi company i put' ting in a bridge for Clarke county across the Wsshougal river. The bridge, Mr. Smyth state, will be completed in another week and will be the luigest in that comity. It will have clear span of M feet and Is a composite structure of iron and wood. The piers are of stone and were set out in the river from the banks in ten feet of water.
