The question wa asked of Sidnev Sinylh, "What will be the cost of paving w ith the several kinds of pavement proposed" and he replies us follows : To puvo with Seattle brick will cost about $104 per lot, with Portland brick $.'!ll2 per lot and gravel $:'00 per lot. After the informal discussion the meeting was again culled to order and H. C. Steven moved that all provisions of the upeciflcution heretofore con sidered by the council be retained ex cept the vitritled brick and that instead of brick then he used gravel, making the gravel 1(1 inche thick.
