It was finally ordered paid as presented. The bill of Collector S. U. Orecn was again leferred back to him for correc tion. The committee on streets and public property reported adversely to the ac ceptance of Mr. Shaw's pmposilioti to sell to the city cemetery ground and the remrt w as adopted. The ordinance declaring luufers on the streets after 10 o'clock p. in., vanrants, and providing punishment for them was passed unanimously.
