With a little poetic license in the use
of English it will be found quite easy to
reiietuher tbe significance of tbe vari
ous signals displayed on the Entkr-i-kikk
building by keeping in mind the
following statement:
White (or clear) flag, clear weather.
Blue flag, wet (or blue) weather.
Half white and half blue, local rain or
anew ; that is, tbe " blue " weather will
not be general but only in our part.
Triangular flag alwaya means temper
ature and if at tbe top it means rising
temperature, if at the bottom falling
tenperature.
White with block center, frost.
