the final account of John R. Abbott,
administrator uf tbe estate of Isaiah
Abbott., and to bear objections to the
same if any there be. In tbe same
matter tbe claim of the Vermont Marble
company for a tombstone erected over
the prave of Isaiah Abbott In the
cemetery at Canby waa allowed.
In the inattor of the estate of Samuel
J. Oakley, who died leaving an estate
valued at $0000 and in a will naming
Ttbitha Sylas, a non-residont of Oregon,
to be executor, with tbe approval of
the executrix (who is also the beneficiary
of the will)Reuben Wright waa appointed
admlnistrator-with-will-annexed and re
quired to give bond in tbe sum of $12,000.
Henry Dubois, M. J. Snyder and
Samuel Roney were appointed to ap
praise the estate of Oscar Oloson, iiiBane,
of whom W. E. Car II had been appointed
guardian. The guardian was authorized
to sell the personal property of Oscar
Oleson at private sale for cosh.
The fifth annual report of the guardian
of James, Reuben and Ruth, minor heirs
of Georgo Wise was filed, showing for
James receipts amounting to $1)2.48 and
expenses $16.83 j for" Rebecca receipts
$02.37 and expenses $106.85; and for
Ruth receipts $03.37 and expenses $104.
