Sealed bids will be received by the
County Court of Clackamas County,
Oregon, at the office of the county
clerk, up to one o'clock p.m., January
3, 1923, for the purchase of the sus
pension foot bridge over the Willam
ette river at Oregon City, Oregon, as
it now stands, including air materials
connected therewith. Said bridge to
be removed by said purchaser within
sixty (60) days after bid accepted and
contract made therefor, and to be done
in such a manner as not to interfere
with river traffic.
A bond of $1,000.00 will be' required
of the successful bidder that the said
bridge will be removed within the time
specified and the County of Clacka
mas kept free from all damages on
account thereof.
The right to reject any and . all
proposals is hereby reserved.
