You, Ernest B. Baker, are hereby
required to appear and answer the
complaint filed against you herein on
or before Saturday, July 5th, 1919
that being six weeks from the first
publication of this summons, and if
you fail to appear and answer, plain
tiff will apply to the court for the re-
lief demanded in the complaint on
file herein, to which reference is here
by made and which is made a part
hereof, to-wit: For a decree quieting
plaintiffs title and barring detenu-
ant from any lien, claim, right, title
or interest in or to Lots One (1) to
Fourteen (14) inclusive, Lots Seven
(7) to Thirty-six (36) inclusive, Lots
thirty-seven (37) to Forty (W) in
elusive, Block Seventy-four (74)
"Minthorn" according to the map or
plat thereof on file in the Records of
Clackamas County, Oregon.
This summons will be served upon
you by publication thereof for not
less than six successive weeks in tne
Oregon City Courier, a newspaper of
general circulation published in the
County of Clackamas, State of Ore
gon, the place where said suit is now
pending, and which said paper is
hereby adjudged to be the paper
most likely to give defendant notice
of the pendency of this suit, and said
publication will be made by order of
the Hon. J. U. Campbell, Judge of the
above entitled court, which said order
is dated the 21st day of May, 1919.

By virtue of a judgment order, de
cree and an execution, duly issued out
of and under the seal of the above
entitled Court, in the above entitled
cause, to me duly directed and dated
the 15th day of May, 1919, upon
judgment rendered and entered in
said court on the 26th day of April,
1919, in favor of W. A. Carter, Plain
tiff, and against W. S. Wymore, De
fendant, for the sum of $100.00. with
interest thereon at the rate bf 7 per
cent per annum from the 25th day of
February 1915, and the further sum
of $35.00 with interest thereon at the
rate of 6 per cent per annum from
the 26th day of April 1919, and the
further sum f $14.50 costs and dis
bursements, and the costs of and up
on this writ, commanding me out of
the personal property of said defend
ant, and if- sufficient could not be
found, then out of the real property

the S. W. corner of Lot 9 in said
"Outlook," thence East on the South
line of said Lot 9, 224.44 feet;
thence north 1175 feet to center of
said Mumpower road; thence West
along center of said road 222.44

ning containing 6 acres all in the

highest bidder, for U. S. gold coin,
cash in hand, all the right, title and

fendants, or either of them, had on
