Odoll and son, John, have a lot of hogs and pigs at their ranch on Sandy river near the Brightwood school, and have been selling quite a number to neighbors at a good price as pork is high and apparently is going higher. - A- noted magazine writer in the Saturday Evening Post in an article on "Who Won the War," quotes quite extensively from prominent German officers attributing their defeat largely io the Americans, who arriv ed in the nick of time and surprised them by their courage and skill. In conclusion the writer gives the most important factor to the intervention of Divine Providence.
