look; thence East on the South line
of said Lot 9, 224.44 ft. thence North
1175 ft. to center of said Mumpower
road; thence West on center of said
road 224.44 ft. to Northwest corner
of Lot 10; thence South on West
line of Lots 9 and 10, 1175 feet to
beginning, containing 6 acres, and
said 6 acres off West side of said
tract being part of Lots 9 and 10
Outlook, in the County of Clacka
mas and State of Oregon.
And that by said decree it be de
clared and adjudged that plaintiff is
the owner of said premises, and is
entitled to the possession thereof, and
that you, the defendants above nam
ed, have no estate nor interest what
ever in or to said land or premises, or
any part thereof, and that you and
each of you defendants above named
be forever debarred from asserting
any claim whatever in and to said
land and premises adverse to the
plaintiff, or to her assigns, and for
