to redemption, to the highest bidder,

MOUNT PLEASANT
The Mount Pleasant graduation
class gave a most delightful enter
tainment last Thursday evening, and
after the play they retired to the
Commercial hall, where they danced
and had some refreshments. Every
body enjoyed the evening.

caught fire. Owing to quick work
slight damage was' done.

Mount Pleasant school meeting
on Monday resulted in the election of
Chris Naegcli as director for three
years and Ward Lawton as clerk.
We are wandering what courso the
.ounty court will pursue in regard to

were going to be rid of that graft of
?2.50 a day, working one or two men
ill summer to draw their salary.
